That's a Moire! Tree skirt with ruffled scalloped edges, each topped with a bow. Limited run made from dead stock vintage moire fabric, pattern varies. Lined in black satin. Hidden snap closure. 

45" wide with a 6" opening (top of skirt can be left open to accommodate a girthier tree.)
